What happens after you place your order?

Production will reach out to answer any questions to ensure your artwork meets the necessary guidelines for the highest-quality print and then provide a digital proof for your approval.

Then every order moves through three stages: proof approval → production → shipping.

  • Proof Approval

    Typically 1 business day
    for most event planners.


    Review and approve your digital proof. Production begins as soon as approval is received.

  • Production

    5–10 business days
    for our most popular products.

    Badges include the printing, laminating, cutting, and folding process.

    Lanyards include material cutting, printing, hardware attachment, and finishing process.

  • Shipping

    1–4 business days
    depending on the method you choose.

    We offer ground, 2nd day air, and overnight shipping.
